All costs are quoted in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of GST (15%) Payment may be made by either direct Credit or via Visa or MasterCard. If payment is by credit card 3% transaction fee will be added. Payment will show as a payment to The Conference Team. This will appear on your cardholder statement.

All payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system. Encryption protection is managed with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, industry standard 128bit encryption software.
No credit card information / detail is stored by us and we are PCI compliant. Payments must be received prior to the commencement of the applicable conference in which a registration/payment is being made

Cancellation & Refund Policy
A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged. After 29 October 2020, refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee and processed after the Conference. No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure whatever the cause. Registrations may be reassigned to another person from the same organisation without penalty. Please notify The Conference Team of any changes prior to the Forum.
